Worth knowing before you choose: the highest terrace is not automatically the best one. Above roughly the fiftieth floor the city reads as a map rather than a skyline, and on a hazy evening — which is most of the summer — the view from fourteen floors up can be the better one.

Dubai’s rooftop scene is genuinely seasonal in a way many visitors don’t expect — the cooler months from roughly November through April are when outdoor rooftop seating is at its most comfortable, and demand for window and terrace tables rises accordingly.
