Nineteen Milan restaurants hold stars in the 2026 Italian guide: fourteen at one star, four at two, and exactly one at three.
- Enrico Bartolini al Mudec — the city’s only three-star, inside the Museo delle Culture, with Davide Boglioli running the kitchen day to day

- Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia — one star now, having held two until December 2023. Still the most historically important dining room in the city, and considerably easier to book than it was
Two new one-star names arrived in 2026, Abba and Procaccini, which is the part of the list that actually moves. The three-star has not changed hands in years, the two-star tier is stable, and the interesting bookings — the ones that go from available to impossible in a season — are almost always at the bottom of the list rather than the top.
