Nammos built its reputation on the beach in Mykonos before opening on the sand at Dubai’s Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach — same white-and-blue design, same all-day pace, from breakfast plates through to a DJ set after dark.

Greek-Mediterranean-Japanese fusion, seafood-led: salmon teriyaki, spicy crab tartare with yuzu and truffle, an aubergine mille-feuille layered with feta, saganaki risotto and a lobster-and-carabinero risotto. A separate Beef Bar serves US, Australian and Japanese cuts for those after something heavier, alongside a Greek-leaning wine list that includes natural and biodynamic bottles.

Sun-soaked lunches with rosé and live music by day give way to elevated dinner service and DJ sets after dark. Dress is smart-casual; swimwear is fine poolside by day but should be covered for dining, and evenings shift to a stricter smart-casual with no flip-flops or sportswear. Dinner for two to three — starters, mains, dessert and drinks — typically runs AED 1,700-2,100.

The Story

Nammos traces back to a modest beachside tavern on Mykonos’ Psarou Beach in the 1960s, relaunched as the modern Nammos concept in 2003; it has since expanded to Limassol, Cannes, Qatar and Dubai, where it opened in 2019. Business press, including Spear’s, Esquire Middle East and CEOWORLD, has reported Nammos Dubai as one of the world’s highest-grossing restaurants, with an estimated $71 million in annual turnover.
