Michelin Star Restaurants in Las Vegas: The Guide Returns

After seventeen years without a Michelin guide, the Strip’s leading kitchens are listed again — and the list is short enough to plan around

About Michelin Star Restaurants in Las Vegas

Searches for Michelin star restaurants Las Vegas can be answered with an official list again, for the first time since 2009. The guide returned on 26 August 2026 as the first Michelin Guide Southwest, covering Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah, with the ceremony held at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

In the first selection the city holds one two-star restaurant and three one-star restaurants. Michelin awards one star for high-quality cooking, two for excellent cooking worth a detour, and three for exceptional cuisine worth a special journey.

Michelin Starred Restaurants Las Vegas: The First Selection

The previous Las Vegas Michelin guide, in 2009, listed seventeen starred restaurants. The 2026 return is smaller and more selective: four starred tables in total. Restaurant Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand holds two stars, the only two-star award in the Southwest region.

The one-star restaurants are L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, also at the MGM Grand, Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace, and é by José Andrés at The Cosmopolitan. For anyone searching for Michelin restaurants Las Vegas now offers, that is the complete starred list for now.

Michelin Star Restaurants Las Vegas: Why the Stars Sit Inside the Resorts

Every starred restaurant in the first selection sits inside a Strip resort. That makes the choice of hotel part of the dining decision. The Las Vegas Strip runs for about 6.8 km along Las Vegas Boulevard, and resorts are large enough that a taxi between two of them can take longer than the walk looks.

Staying in the same resort as the restaurant removes the transfer, and staying nearby keeps the evening short. If the dinner is the point of the trip, choose the hotel around it.

Where to Start

  • Pick the table before the hotel. With four starred restaurants, the choice is simple. The right base follows from it
  • Treat the two-star as a destination. Restaurant Joël Robuchon is a destination dinner. Plan the day so that it is the main event
  • Use the one-star tables for variety. Three different houses, three different styles of cooking. A short stay can cover two of them without feeling rushed
  • Look beyond the list. A new guide records the beginning of a conversation, not the end of one. Restaurants that are not yet starred may be a better fit for the evening you have in mind

Booking a Starred Table on the Strip

Reservations for the starred restaurants are made through each restaurant, and demand can follow the news. Each house sets its own terms, so the conditions for the dates you want are worth confirming early.

We do the checking. For each restaurant we confirm what is open on your dates, hold what we can, and tell you plainly when a table cannot be had. If the evening needs a late supper or an after-dinner option, we arrange that too, as with a rooftop above the Strip.

How We Help

We arrange the whole evening: the reservation, a stay positioned for the dinner, transfers timed to the kitchen, and a second plan for the hours around it. For other cities, our guides to Michelin-star restaurants in Paris, Rome, and Chicago follow the same approach. Our fine dining and nightlife service covers the rest of the city, and our business concierge team arranges private dinners for groups.
