The city’s best dining sits inside its resorts, and the real decision is which evening you are choosing it for
Best Restaurants in Las Vegas: Tables Worth Securing
About the Best Restaurants in Las Vegas
The best restaurants in Las Vegas are not found by walking down a street. The Las Vegas Strip runs for about 4.2 miles, and its leading kitchens sit inside the casino-resorts along it: MGM Grand, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, The Venetian, Wynn, The Cosmopolitan, and others. Chefs such as Guy Savoy and Joël Robuchon have both established restaurants there.
That shapes how a table is chosen. It is a question of the evening you want, and of where you will be before and after it.
How Dining in Las Vegas Works
A resort is a self-contained world, and a restaurant inside it assumes you are already there. Crossing the Strip between resorts takes longer than the map suggests, with pedestrian bridges, a monorail, and a good deal of walking. The practical rule is to dine where you are staying, or to send a driver.
The other rule is timing. Tables at the leading rooms are released well ahead for weekends and for event weeks, and walk-in availability is limited. The Las Vegas Grand Prix, which takes place on 21 November 2026, is a clear example: our guide to the Las Vegas Grand Prix sets out how the week fills.

Top Restaurants in Las Vegas: The Starred Rooms
In August 2026 the Michelin Guide returned to Las Vegas after an absence of seventeen years, with its first Southwest edition. Four restaurants were awarded stars: Restaurant de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand with two, and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand, Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace, and é by José Andrés at The Cosmopolitan with one each.
They are very different evenings. The Robuchon dining room is a formal French tasting experience. L’Atelier is more relaxed, built around an open kitchen. Guy Savoy offers tasting and à la carte menus in a refined French style. é by José Andrés is a small Spanish tasting counter concealed within Jaleo.

Fine Dining Las Vegas Beyond the Stars
The strongest evenings in the city are not always the starred ones. A steakhouse with a long wine list, a Japanese counter, a Cantonese dining room in one of the large resorts, or a private room above the Strip each answer a different occasion.
This is where a concierge adds most. The same guest might want a quiet dinner for two on Tuesday, a hosted table for eight on Friday, and a late supper after a show on Saturday. Each is a different room, and each has a different release pattern.
Where to Start
- Choose the occasion before the restaurant. A business dinner, an anniversary, and a pre-show supper call for completely different rooms.
- Stay where you will dine. Hotel placement decides how many tables are realistically available to you in a week.
- Reserve the anchor first. Settle the one or two dinners that matter, and fill the rest around them.
- Plan the late table. The best seats for a supper after a show are held early, so settle them with the dinner.

How We Help
A table chosen for the occasion rather than the reputation, held ahead of the public release, a private room where the guest list calls for one, a driver for the journey between resorts and a second reservation ready if the first is delayed. For guests travelling for work, our business concierge service coordinates meetings and transport in the same trip, and our fine dining and nightlife service holds the evenings.
