We are launching Travel as a new, dedicated business unit within the company – with the long-term ambition of growing it into a standalone business.
We are looking for a Head of Travel to build, lead, and eventually run this business as its own P&L. This role is ideal for someone who has led a travel agency or held a senior leadership position at a tour operator, and who is ready to build a business from the ground up – from partner strategy and product packaging to sales.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead the Travel business unit – starting as an internal center of expertise and evolving toward an independent, self-sustaining business.
- Define and execute the unit’s partner and product strategy: select, negotiate with, and manage suppliers (hotels, aviation and yacht operators, tour operators, local partners etc.).
- Package travel products and services (itineraries, packages, exclusive experiences) that can be sold both through the company’s Service/Concierge department and, eventually, directly to end clients.
- Act as the primary internal contractor for the Service department, ensuring travel requests are fulfilled at a world-class level.
- Train and upskill the concierge team on travel offerings, product knowledge, and client expectations.
- Own the P&L for the Travel unit: drive revenue growth, manage margins, and build the commercial case for its future independence.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize revenue and shape go-to-market strategy as the unit matures.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a travel agency or tour operator – e.g., General Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Product, or Founder/Co-founder of a travel business.
- Strong track record of building and scaling a travel business or product line, including P&L ownership and commercial accountability
- Hands-on experience with the full travel product lifecycle: partner sourcing, contracting, product packaging, pricing, and distribution.
- Deep knowledge of the travel industry’s supply side: contracting with hotels, tour operators, aviation/yacht providers, and other travel suppliers.
- Strong B2B negotiation skills – experience closing and managing partnership agreements with suppliers and distribution partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable operating with the ambiguity of building a new business unit and evolving it toward independence
- Experience designing training programs and delivering training to front-line, client-facing teams (concierges, travel consultants, lifestyle managers)
- Premium/luxury travel segment experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Russian.
We Offer
- An opportunity to build and eventually lead an independent travel business.
- Competitive compensation: fixed salary + bonuses.
- Work location: Tallinn.
- Unique cases and a global client base.
- A professional team that values ambition, speed, and exceptional quality.
