Saudi Arabian Grand Prix: VIP Access and Hospitality

The fastest street circuit on the calendar, run under lights beside the Red Sea, and returning for 2027

About the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is a Formula 1 night race held on the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, a street course on the Red Sea shore. The first race took place on 5 December 2021, and the circuit is the fastest street course in the sport, with 27 corners over 6.174 km.

The race was cancelled in 2026 and is scheduled to return in 2027. That history shapes how it should be planned.

What Happened to the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2026

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2026 was due on 19 April. On 14 March 2026 Formula 1 announced that it would not take place, citing safety concerns after the outbreak of conflict in the region, and the race was not rescheduled within the season. The 2026 Bahrain round was later reinstated at another venue; the Saudi round was not.

For guests, the lesson is practical rather than political. A race in this part of the calendar needs arrangements that can be changed, with flexible flights, rooms, and hospitality terms agreed from the start. We would plan any 2027 weekend on that basis.

The 2027 Return

The 2027 calendar places the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix on the weekend of 19–21 March, with the race on 21 March, one week after the Bahrain Grand Prix on 14 March. Both rounds are back at the start of the season, as rounds one and two. The race is expected to remain in Jeddah while the new Qiddiya circuit is completed, so the Jeddah weekend is the one to plan for.

Guests travelling for the opening rounds may well treat the two races as a single trip. That makes the first weeks of the 2027 season a logistical pair, Bahrain and then Jeddah.

Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Tickets and Hospitality

Access at a Grand Prix generally divides into grandstand seating, general admission, and hospitality, which includes premium suites and lounges with food and a view of the circuit. Our guide to F1 VIP hospitality explains how those tiers differ and how to read them.

On Saudi Arabian Grand Prix tickets specifically, Formula 1’s official ticketing channels list general admission, Paddock Club, and hospitality options for the 2027 weekend, and availability changes, so we confirm what is open at the time of your request. We do not resell tickets. We arrange access through official channels and partners, and we make the rest of the weekend fit around it.

Where to Start

  • Hold the dates, not the details. The weekend of 19–21 March 2027 is the planning window. Flights and rooms can be held with flexible terms until the schedule is confirmed
  • Choose the experience before the seat. At a night race, a clear view of the circuit and an easy route out afterwards matter as much as the seat itself, and hospitality can matter more than the grandstand
  • Plan the Jeddah week, not only the race. Arrival, transfers between hotel and circuit, and evenings around the sessions need the same attention
  • Check entry requirements early. Visa and travel requirements depend on nationality and change over time, so we check them for each guest at the start

How We Help

We arrange the race weekend as a whole: access chosen for the experience you want, a room within reach of the circuit, transfers that account for road closures, and a table for the evenings through our fine dining and nightlife service. If you are travelling from the Gulf, our work on the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix lets us coordinate a season across several races in the region. Terms are held flexibly, and someone is reachable when a session moves.
