Business Assistant to CEO

Perfect.Live is a fast-growing remote-first company headquartered in the EU. We operate globally, delivering premium concierge services through our app to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), executives, and top-tier businesses. Our platform is used directly by end clients and also integrated by partner companies into their own apps to power seamless concierge and travel solutions.

To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a highly capable Business Assistant to support the CEO and serve as a key link between management, partners, and internal departments.

What you will do:

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand and trusted liaison across departments and partners;
  • Manage high-level communications, contacts, and leads;
  • Coordinate projects and delegate tasks to ensure flawless execution;
  • Structure workflows, oversee reporting, and maintain documentation;
  • Represent the company’s standards of excellence in every interaction.

What it takes to be a Business Assistant at Perfect.Live:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal or Business Assistant at executive level;
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Russian (both required);
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Discretion, proactivity, and the ability to work independently;
  • Residency in Estonia or Dubai is an advantage (remote work available).
