Welcome to the Perfect.Live Referral Program (the “Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program and form part of the Perfect.Live Terms of Service. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Program
The Perfect.Live Referral Program allows eligible users to invite new clients to the platform and receive rewards when those clients become paying subscribers. The Program is designed to encourage genuine, word-of-mouth recommendations and to reward both the referring user and the new client.
2. How the Program Works
Affiliates (Referrers)
The Program is available to Perfect.Live users who have an active paid annual subscription and are in good standing. Users on a trial plan may access referral tools and share referral links but are not eligible to receive referral bonuses until they upgrade to a paid subscription.
Eligible users can find their unique referral link or QR code in the Perfect.Live mobile app under Account → Nominate a friend. These tools may be shared with friends or colleagues.
Referrals
A Referral must be a new, first-time user of Perfect.Live who registers strictly via an Affiliate’s unique referral link or QR code within the mobile application.
Successful Referral
A referral is considered successful only when the Referral:
registers a new account using the Affiliate’s referral link or code; and
completes full payment for an annual subscription plan (Essential, Smart, or Signature).
Referral Bonus
Once a referral is successful, both the Affiliate and the Referral receive a non-cash credit bonus to their Perfect.Live account, in accordance with Section 3 below.
3. Bonus Credit Amounts
The referral bonus is awarded per successful referral and depends on the annual plan purchased by the Referral:
Essential (€3,000/year): €150 credit to the Affiliate and €150 credit to the Referral
Smart (€6,000/year): €200 credit to the Affiliate and €200 credit to the Referral
Signature (€12,000/year): €400 credit to the Affiliate and €400 credit to the Referral
Trial Period
Referrals who sign up using a referral link or code receive a 14-day trial with up to three complimentary requests. Referral bonuses are credited only after the trial period and Membership purchase.
4. Eligibility and General Rules
The Program is open only to Perfect.Live users with an active paid subscription and in good standing.
Referrals must be new, first-time users of Perfect.Live. Self-referrals or the creation of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses are strictly prohibited.
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals an Affiliate may make.
All bonuses are issued as account credits. Credits are non-withdrawable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Credits may be used only for future services or subscriptions within Perfect.Live.
5. Bonus Revocation
Perfect.Live reserves the right to revoke or cancel any bonus credit if:
the Referral’s payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back (except where caused by an error on Perfect.Live’s side);
fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected;
the Affiliate or Referral breaches the Perfect.Live Terms of Service.
6. Changes to the Program
Perfect.Live may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or by publishing updated Terms on the Perfect.Live website or within the mobile application. Continued participation after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect.Live’s liability in connection with the Referral Program is limited to the value of the applicable referral bonus. Perfect.Live is not responsible for technical issues, lost or untracked referral links, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
